  • Barton, Bruce

    Advertizing executive, writer, and US representative. He was a magazine editor and publicist before founding a New York advertising agency with George Batten, Roy Durstine, and Alex Osborn. For more than 40 years he headed what became BBDO, one of the country's largest advertising agencies, and created the character Betty Crocker. He wrote many inspirational essays and was best known for his best-selling book, The Man Nobody Knows, which presented Jesus Christ as a successful salesman.

  • Bowyer, Jerry

    First professional position was with Arthur Andersen & Company, which was then the largest accounting/consulting firm in the world. Jerry worked at the firm from 1990 to 1993, after which he briefly worked as the vice president of the Beechwood Company, the holding company for the mutual fund giant Federated Investors. He started in broadcast media as the host of WPIT-FM’s Cross-Town Perspectives program.
